Compass Partners President and CEO, Dan Brodbeck, has built strong relationships with organizations from a diverse array of industries that include senior living, education, civic and municipal, not-for-profit, hospitality, and retail and commercial office. From Nashville’s nationally recognized Schermerhorn Symphony Hall and Country Music Hall of Fame to the Sun Bank Center in Orlando, Florida, Compass Partners has helped navigate high profile projects with consistent success.
Mr. Brodbeck has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to founding Compass Partners, he worked at American Constructors in Nashville, ending his 17-year tenure with the company as President and CEO.
Prior to his time with American Constructors, Mr. Brodbeck was a Senior Project Manager with Bovis Lend Lease, a fully integrated property and infrastructure management company with locations in North America, Australia, Asia, and Europe. Mr. Brodbeck began his career with Turner Construction serving as a Senior Project Engineer in the company’s Miami office.
Mr. Brodbeck received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and his Masters in Organization Management from Trevecca Nazarene University.
