Compass provides the critical management and decision support services essential to achieving project goals. We establish project goals and then manage the project design and construction participants to meet or exceed our client’s expectations relative to scope, quality, cost, and schedule. Compass’s diverse team of developers, project managers, estimators, architects, engineers, claims specialists, schedulers, and other construction professionals enable us to represent owners on an expert-to-expert basis throughout the entire construction process. Our services include, but are not limited to, defining a project program, pre-design phase management, design phase management, procurement management, construction phase management, and close-out management.

WHY HIRE COMPASS?
